Spring Design Partners is excited to announce that we will be relocating our studio to a new space in the Financial District. Spring has proudly called the Flatiron District home for the past 14 years, but now we are thrilled to be a part of the ongoing evolution of New York’s oldest and most resilient neighborhood. This iconic community, in addition to its transformative spirit, is rich in commercial and cultural offerings – a real draw for creatives and innovators alike.
Beginning March 5th, SDP will call 15 Maiden Lane home. Our new building is most notable as the namesake for the eponymous 1936 jewel heist film, 15 Maiden Lane, staring Cesar Romero and Claire Trevor. This movie is a lasting reminder of a time when the street was the center of a then thriving Downtown Jewelry District before moving to Midtown. The sparkle has remained, sustained by the glistening new Fulton Center transit hub, the Oculus and One World Trade Center – all just steps away from our new HQ.
